Greeting card personal notes

I have a greeting cards website I am trying to build and I need some help trying to find the right type of plugin to allow my customers to include a personal note with their greeting cards they purchase from me. Basically I need a way for the customer to tell me what person message goes on each card they buy so I can make them and then ship to whoever they are going to. Can anyone help me find out what I need?
