    After updating to Yoast 11.0 there’s a YUGE green circle animation that covers the majority of the page/post you’re trying to create/edit. Sometimes it’s just a few seconds; other times it’s 30 seconds or more before it goes away. It appears to be something with the Readability Analysis.

  • Yes I am getting this as well after 4-16-19 Yoast update. It covers like 80% of the screen with the green spinning circle, tried it on firefox and chrome on 6 or 7 different sites, it’s bad. Personally using wordpress 4.9.10 and divi v3.22.2 theme on all these sites.

    I’m also having the same problem, any assistance would be appreciated.

    Same problem – very strange !!!!!

    I posted the issue in detail on Github under ‘Very Large Green Circle Editing Page or Post #12699’ Feel free to add your comments to the thread if you think it will help Yoast figure out the problem. -Cran

    You can add this to your css as a workaround until they fix it in the plugin.

    .yoast-svg-icon {
    width:16px;
    height:16px;
    }
