Green check mark and Invalid Captcha warning

    I have noticed one weird “status” in hCaptcha.

    1. When I check completly invalid pictures, hCaptcha will show me status “Please try again”. It is OK, and I understand this status and works as should.

    2. When I check valid pictures, hCaptcha will show “Green check mark status”. That is also OK, what I understnad.

    3. Third status is really weird and should be repaired. And it occurs just sometimes:
    — I check valid pictures (or I think, they are valid)
    — hCaptcha will show “Green check mark status” (all looks good)
    — After click on Log in, weird status “Invalid Captcha” appear
    — There was not any pause between “Check captcha” and “Log in”, so the session of captcha should not expire.

    This is really weird, because if it showed “green” status, why now is “red” and also not in captcha, but above wordpress form?

    Hi, can you supply some more details? Which page/plugin is this on?

    If the green check appears, it means the hCaptcha service verified you. The “Invalid Captcha” message is probably coming from some kind of double-use or other backend flow oddity.

    I was unable to reproduce it. Please confirm that you have the same on a clean WP site without plugins with a standard theme.

    I have the same thing. A green check mark appears, but after pressing the button, the inscription “Incorrect captcha” appears and registration does not take place: https://levelcash.ru/registration/

    @level20121970 я не вижу сообщения “incorrect captcha”. Зато вижу многочисленные ошибки в консоли, которые могут препятствовать правильному выполнению кода. Отключите ВСЕ плагины, кроме BuddyPress и hCaptcha, смените тему на стандартную и попробуйте.

    As I found, this sometimes happens on websites, where Google reCaptcha was before added through All in One WP Security.
