Green Bordered Success Message but no Emails

By the way, the email address is working as I’ve received several emails to it outside the form over the last few days.

FAQ > I see a response message “Your message was sent successfully” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

I really don’t know what’s wrong. I’ve read the article and I’ve now made sure that I don’t “look like spam” by making the suggested changes. I still haven’t received any of my emails.
