    Surely the problem is in the CSV.

    Have you created it with LibreOffice setting charset there?

    With other programs we have notices it is not working properly.

    Thank you very much. It was indeed the csv. I created it with excel. I found a work around with excel to make it work. Thank very much

    Thanks :), MS Office does not work very good with UTF-8.
