    Hi there,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry for the issue you are facing here.

    The ‘????’ error is due to database columns not supporting the special characters of Greek.

    Please can you ensure that the columns for all the Paid Memberships Pro tables are set to UTF-8. This should resolve your issue.

    I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

    Hi, and thank you for your reply.
    How can I check that tables use UTF-8. Where are these tables and where can I set them to UTF-8 ?

    @dionysios

    You will find assistance if you contact your host and point them to this thread. As always, when touching a database, please ensure you have a solid and tested backup of all your data.

    Regards,
