Greek Characters Not Displaying Correctly…..

Hi all

I had my blog up and running and when I removed an ad from the header by deleting the following code from the header.php: <?php echo get_theme_option(‘ad_header’); ?> I get the following error:

You don’t have permission to access /hgiannoutsou/wp-admin/theme-editor.php on this server.

In the meantime my links are in Greek and they were displaying correctly up to the time I made the deletion. After that they are displaying like questionmarks (??????). My encoding is UTF8.

Since I can’t make any changes from the dashboard I tried to make the changes directly to the files and then upload them via FTP. However, I can’t get the Greek characters dispalying correctly.

I would appreciate it if you could help me on this one!
