Greedy, Buyer Beware

    At first, it was easy to use. That is the reason we chose it. In the end, there was nothing I liked about the product. There are better solutions than this by a longshot.
    Cons: Terrible software. While easy to use, there were zero features and barely any functionality. In order to add a feature, they wanted me to pay them $100 USD more! When I told them that the product did not fit my needs, they refused to offer me even a prorated refund. Very greedy. Do not purchase this product if you value your money.

    To anyone reading this, here’s the full story.

    The user had a free trial of a paid plan before making the purchase. He knew what the product offered. He then inquired about having an extra feature enabled, which we put a price on. The user didn’t agree to to, got angry, made an unfounded refund claim which was denied as having no ground, which in turn resulted in this biased review.

    The entire situation has nothing to do with greed.
