• If you are searching for a method of synching data between WordPress (WooCommerce) and Zoho CRM & Inventory, I can only recommend CRMPerks. There are other solutions out there but they are clunky, are updated very infrequently, and are horrendously expensive. CRMPerks does what it is meant to do (sync data) and it does it reliably.

The free version is a great way to test and get a feel for what you can achieve with feeds, but as expected, the real power comes from the paid version (which I think is great value considering what it does).

My only negative so far would be regarding the documentation, which (in my opinion) still needs a lot of expanding. However, Sam and the team are very responsive to support queries and have helped me through a couple of issues quickly (both were setup errors I had made).

I currently have feeds to keep my WP users/customers synched to CRM contacts and to keep my inventory on WC synched to Zoho Inventory. I was especially impressed at the Inventory sync as it pulls stock info frequently (you can choose how often). I then create a Sales Order when a WC order is completed (payment is received) which keeps stock levels correct in Zoho. I also have a single packaging process and single point of viewing all my orders from across the company.

If you use WP/WC and Zoho then I highly recommend installing the free version and taking a look.
