Great workflow; good support

I’ve been using this plugin for over a year now and am very happy with the improvement to my workflow. For me, even lacking WP knowledge, it was a simple setup process and easy to use. Once I understood how it works at a basic level it saved me significant time and energy, what is more, it is easy enough the my wife will quite happily use it to pick photos from lightroom, publish them and then write a blog post using them without any guidance from me.

For the first install and year of usage I’ve not required any technical support. In the last few days I have moved hosting services and found myself stuck, without WPLR working. Jordy was kind enough to spare his time, promptly and politely, to help resolve this issue and ultimately pointed me in the right direction – helping solve the underlying issue.

It is a testament to this plug-in that I was even considering switching hosting services for a second time to get it to work. As it turned out, the problem was with the configuration on wordpress and no fault of WPLR.
