Great UX and UI but some bugs

  • Plugin has great interface and looks modern (both backend and frontend). It was simple to set up (didn’t use wizard, although it’s possible). At the moment biggest downside is translation. They have documentation for it but the plugin won’t translate anything. They also have Google Meet/Calendar integration document but atm I couldn’t get the sync to work. It’s possible that it’s a problem from my side. Will test again.

    It seems you have misunderstood the process of TimeTics functionality. 

    You should have contacted to our help center to get the proper instructions for Google Meet/Calendar integration.

    Secondly, our plugin is compatible with translation, right now you can fully translate the frontend part and some of the backend part except the editor dashboard and this will be translatable very soon.

    We do not expect a bad rating due to these circumstances. You should have contacted our help center to get help before the rating, if we weren’t able to help you then you could do that. Please update the rating into 5 stars and contact us through the help center so that our engineer can solve your issue ASAP.
