Great, use it on every site

I’m a professional web dev and I use this on all my sites for backing up. I have just one comment. For busy sites, WP’s cron is very inefficient. Disabling it can be the difference between crashing or staying online and Updraft relies on WP cron. I would appreciate instructions on a more preformant way to trigger scheduled backups and support “back up now”.
