    While we did have two major attacks that took our sites down because of the security leaks from the old plugin, many thanks for taking over the plugin as we have years of data and reviews established with this one.

    As with many, the new update caused a few issues, which you fixed pretty quickly. So, for the most part, we only found a couple of small quirks.

    1) In the options tab, Send Email Notifications when checkbox and add an email and click save. It attempts to save, and returns to blank spaces and being unchecked.

    2) On the page about https://ioutdoor.com/ioutdoor-reviews/, we use the “ALL” shortcode on this page. While we had this on there previously it worked, now thats the only shortcode that will not load the page? We take the shortcode off the page, the page loads fine.

    Thanks again for the updates, see your finally providing a paid version which were looking forward to getting once we build a little confidence back.

    You’re very welcome. Thank you for your kind words. Sorry to hear your sites got taken down.

    Did you do something to fix #2 since posting this message? I see tons of reviews on that page, as if the “all” shortcode is working fine.

    If these are still an issue, can you contact us through https://starfish.reviews/contact/ so we can discuss possibly getting access to your site or a staging copy to investigate further?

    Typically we want to keep Rich Reviews support here on the WP.org forums. But for right now while we run down all the issues from the security update, it’s helpful if we can discuss privately and see about access to your site, since we can’t reproduce many of these issues on our end.

    Hi @mr-bass, please let me know if you did something to fix #2. We have other people reporting this issue, but it appears to work fine on the page you linked to. So we’d like to know the solution if you found one.

    @mr-bass, this issue has been resolved and is available in the last release v1.8.2 – please report any further issues. Thank you for your help in identifying the problems.
