Great tool – Great support

I didnt know I had to find a zip folder inside the zip folder, but when the support told me that it worked like a charm.
It just took the time to upload the file to restore the environment.

Something that was my fault but is good to know:
By the way, I changed domain from the backup site to the new site. So I just had to go to phpmyadmin and go in to the options table and replace my old domain with the new domain. After that it worked as a charm, but that was my fault.
