great time-saver and Awesome support!

I have used this plug in twice now, and it is wonderful. The first time I uploaded 700 subscribers (about a month ago), and the only issue was the duplicate fields of first_name and last_name showing in the individual profiles. This went away when the plug-in was deactivated. It literally took seconds. Today I uploaded another 225 subscribers with the updated version, and again it took only seconds. However, the email address did not show on the profiles (but the duplicate fields were gone), so this time I contacted Codection with an email. I received a response about 2 hours later, and Mr. Carazo Gil continued to email me until the problem was resolved (about an hour and a half). I truly appreciate the timely and personal response!

I highly recommend this plug-in, both for the ability to upload many users quickly and accurately, and even moreso for the really great customer support (am I a customer if it is free??? ?? ok – really great support).
