Great theme, superior support

The theme itself is gorgeous.Modern, sleek and super simple to edit. You can literally create a professional looking page within a matter of minutes with no prior knowledge. I haven’t run in to any actual problems so far, but have contacted the support team a couple of times to ask for help when stuck customizing some of the subpages.
What’s really mindblowing is the service you get as a premium user.
1) Having the pleasure to deal with the same contact person every time, especially when she’s as professional, quick, patient and trustworthy as Anoush is a luxury.
2) All my inquiries have been answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently and I’ve always received a detailed explanation so I can avoid some of the problems in the future. I’ve learned so much!Thank you so much for the screen shots, video tutorials and hands on help when needed!
