Great Theme! Not so great customer service

  • I like this theme. It’s simple to setup and go. I want to pay for this theme, but what I don’t want to do is pay for it every year. The lifetime price is $149, and my pockets tell me that’s just too much. I’ll probably look around for a theme that has a cheaper annual price and hold on to this one until I find the one that matches my wallet.
    Maybe I’ll catch a sell.

    It really is a great theme. If you have problems with it, do some troubleshooting or contact the theme’s creators. Don’t slam them without doing some due diligence.

    4/26/2022 – Theme is great, but bad experience when I tried to upgrade to the paid theme. Finally got my money back and went to another them.
