Great theme, not so great support

After a long search, I decided to use the Elf theme in the Pro version, because it has a modern, tidy and appealing magazine layout, which is what I wanted for my blog (clickomania.ch).

I still like the theme very much. However, I am disappointed with the support: Since the sidebar fix does not work, I have asked the support. Without checking if the problem is with the theme, they asked for access to the website (which I find very problematic for security reasons), but nothing happened despite several requests.
