Great Theme, Lousy Support + No Updates Notices (!!)

  • I have been using OceanWP for several sites. I purchased both the Premium Support and the lifetime license for 3 sites. Recently I have noticed both problems with the plugins (Elementor Widgets) as well as premium support.

    There is a CRITICAL UPDATE for Elementor Widgets or you will experience page crashes. You must upgrade to ocean-elementor-widgets-1.1.7.zip, or you will have this problem.

    There is no notice from OceanWP of the need to do this critical upgrade.

    I lost several days work before I realized that there is NO AUTOMATIC UPDATES for OceanWP plugins within your theme; you MUST re-download ALL of the plugins each time you install this theme to ensure everything is working.

    Lastly — NONE of my support tickets are being answered, despite paying for 3 months of Premium support.

    I think the people who made this product recently sold it — and I think they have stopped supporting it and answering support tickets. Keep that in mind when both purchasing and using this product.

    Hello, sorry about the issues, we have solved this huge issue with Ocean Elementor Widgets, you can update the plugin.
    For the automatic updates, you just need to add your licenses keys under Theme Panel > Licenses and you will get auto-updates via your dashboard.
    For your support tickets, we are very sorry, we have a lot of support tickets recently, we do our best to answer everyone.

    PS: No one sold OceanWP ??
