Great Theme! Just need help with Menu Button…

First, never have to apologize for being new. We are all new at first with anything we’ve never used or done before.

Also thank you for your comments about the theme.

Regarding the issues at hand…you actually discovered something that I totally missed; not sure how I missed it, but I forgot to add mobile menu colour settings. I will need to do that shortly and upload the updated version of Influential Lite with all the settings to help you change your mobile menu colours.

Once I do that, I will reply back here, but you will also get a theme update notification in your site’s admin area.

Anyway, I’ve uploaded version 1.0.6 of Influential Lite, so you should see a notification in your admin about a theme update shortly. I had to make a few changes to the menu code, but hopefully it does not affect any site using this theme as I was careful enough to try and avoid that. I also added Mobile Menu toggle button colour settings, and I also renamed some of the colour menu settings to make a bit more sense in relation to Header style 1, 2, and mobile menu colours, etc.

Try the update out and see how that works out for you.

Hey! The update worked great! Thank you for taking the time to do that so quickly! The new color scheme works like a charm, and the renaming definitely made things easier. I’m sure it’s a ton of complicated coding going on back there, so it’s really appreciated! One thing I noticed is when the menu button has been pressed (in mobile view) it reverts back to its’ default blue color, and I didn’t see a color choice for it. It’s just a tiny thing and it’s possible I just missed that option somewhere. But again, thank you SO much for your help!!

You are very welcome… as for the reverting colour of the button, I took that out because it had a bit of an odd effect with my testing, but I plan on returning to that on the next update for the theme. If it still bothers you, I can give you some custom CSS to change it if you need it.

That is totally cool, I will just wait for whenever you do an update to the theme. There is no need for the additional CSS at this time, it’s a really minor thing. Thank you again so much for ALL of your help. Have a great day!!!
