Great Theme, but could need a bit help

Hey guys,

i really like this theme, but i have a few issues which i wasn′t able to solve myself or find something about it online.

This is the site i am talking about. It is just an experiment, so don′t wonder about the name ^^

1. Service Section

I would like to get the icons in the middle of the circle. they appear more in the lower left corner and get the text in a justify format ( if thats the right format for a blog text )

2. Testimonials Area

Great thing. But also here i would like to set the text in this justify format, get the circles in one line and in the same size. As you can see, nicks testimonial picture is oval.

I also would like to change the color of the fond, as the background is darker.

3. Between Testimonials and Get in Touch area

Appears sometimes a blue stripe. How do get i rid of it?

4. Get in Touch Area

How can i change the background image for this area?

Alright, a few questions, but hopefully not a big deal
