  • Hey,
so your not taking about the navigation menu but a dropdown in your job listings plugin? That dropdown is styled by the plugin not the theme. I would contact the plugin developer.

    Kadence,

Your theme is wonderful. There is a plugin that I also consider very good and it is called “WP Job Manager” by Mike Jolley. Can you integrate the two so that, among other things, a job category search menu can display consistently on tablet devices? I tried to contact the author of that plugin and they advised me to come back to you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Hey,
Styling a dropdown requires javascript. There is an option to use select2 in the premium version but none of that matters. Your plugin is using the chosen js to style the select box. Since the plugin adds it it should style it. The theme can’t style a select box from a plugin that is already styled by the plugin. That is backwards. If you want the plugin to be styled and the plugin author isn’t working with you then I recommend developing the plugin with your own custom css.

    Kadence,

Thanks for your post. I will think about your advice of developing a plugin. The skills of developing such are not possessed by me.

    Regards,

    Yunis
