Great theme and great support

I must have looked at 3,000 themes and decided on Busiprof. I started with the free version first and liked how they made it so simple to develop a website for someone with no website background.

I quickly got to be in a position to want to customize the site a little bit. I looked at their support forum and saw how well they are taking care of people’s questions. I also noticed that there are many people on the support team who answer questions on the forum. This made me want to upgrade to the pro version to get even more features and contribute to a well-run group. I could have stayed with the free version but I chose to upgrade.

Sure enough I had my first support question regarding custom code. I posted my question on the forum and got a prompt response in under 2 hours even though it was their night-time! At the time of this comment they had 15 pages of questions on the forum, of which I went through at least half to learn a few things. These guys mean business. They have a great theme and take care of their customers. Highly recommended.
