OK theme

Everything worked great in this theme in the beginning, fast support and found everything I needed. Recently I’ve contacted support via live chat on their website a couple of times and didn’t receive any response. The theme does not appear to work with Jetpack as far as using testimonials and portfolio features on the homepage, and plugins for using a video as featured image have not worked. I also can no longer find a way to start a support discussion on their forum. This theme is great if you don’t need much assistance but I keep running into road blocks.
