Great support, works like a charm

Just a quick review as I feel the developer is well deserved of it. I installed the free plugin and he’s taken the time to develop and it’s solved a big problem, but initially we had had some problems with Google Reviews not pulling into it.

After some great troubleshooting help from the developer, it turns out it was a Google problem as our client didn’t have a physical address on his Google listing (it seems Google have stopped returning reviews where there isn’t a physical address in the last couple of months).

After adding a physical address to their listing – bingo – it pulls the reviews in perfectly now.

I must say, the support was fast and good, and I’ve now bought the paid plugin for our customer because I was so happy with the support. With the paid one, people can now leave reviews directly from the customers website which is great.
