Great Support – Thanks Jake!

I had used initially used Gravity PDF about a year ago for a client project but didn’t get too deep into the customization or functionality. But another project brought me back to Gravity PDF this week and I’m really blown away by how great this plugin is. With a little php and html skill, I was able to create customized pdf documents based on user inputs.

What really puts this plugin over the top is the documentation and customer support. There are numerous videos and detailed explanations on their website, providing step by step detail on how to accomplish various tasks. Plus, the customer support is excellent. Jake was very friendly and willing to correspond promptly by e-mail to answer questions and provide support.
