Great support on a very useful plug-in

I say 5 STARS plus! We recently moved some of our WP sites from a Linux platform to a Windows IIS platform and the plug-in stopped working. We got an almost instant response from [email protected] when we asked for help. Karen was great and patient with me.

They made a modification to the plug-in and now it works great on either platform. Highly recommended.
