Great Support – Highly Recommended

This is the first plugin I have been motivated to buy. I have either made do with the free ones or written my own simple plugins for my own use.

This plugin cannot be easy to write, it has to communicate with WordPress, Paypal, PDF and other document formats, as well as Mailchimp (if you want). This must have been a headache for the developer.

Nevertheless, I tried to free version and thought it solved a problem with selling secure ebooks that other plugins could not offer. The free version worked well.

I decided to upgrade and paid $20 to use some of the great features. After installation there were a few hiccups due to compatibility issues with PayPal and my WordPress (latest). Initially my heart sank, especially after seeing a negative review here. I emailed the developer who did not reply until the morning (but it was late at night). The next morning (Saturday) the developer spent his whole morning not only fixing the problem, but changing a couple of custom features for me as a thanks for my patience.

To spend your Saturday morning fixing a problem for only $20 is great service and demonstrated to me committment to customer satisfaction. I hope his wife is speaking to him!

I’m delighted with the plugin that works very well, and I’m content in the knowledge that should any future issues arise he’ll be on it quickly.

Not only does this plugin give you a great dedicated e-commerce solution to selling ebooks, it also produces secured documents with trackable QR codes and anti pirate features.
