Great support Great product!!!!

I recently opened up a small café and instead of a traditional cash register I decided on the clover POS system. We were looking to stream line and speed up our phone orders. So after looking at all the plugins available for online ordering I decided on Merchantech’s online order for Clover. They advised me I needed a WordPress website and a site to get one. 1 week later I was able to download the plug in. Once downloaded I contacted Merchantechs customer support and spoke to Khalid (developer) who worked me through the setup. Since than every time I call Khalid was the person who helped me out. He is smart, friendly and always willing to help me out. Having customer support from the developer as I have experienced is a great benefit to having this plugin. The actually plugin was also great but did not have certain functions that I needed. When I presented one to Khalid he said they would work on it for a future update which they did. The online ordering has been great and this is a MUST for your business if you have a Clover POS. It easy to order online pay with credit card or pay at store as the order goes right to the kitchen printer. Awesome product Merchantech keep up the great work.
