Poor Support

My app is not working and while i am asking support team they do not have knowledge of the same and they keep asking whitelist ip and url string, when i ask give me url string then they do not have the same, then how can i add it?
They only give me string words and not sharing full url to whitelistApart from that, i am chasing them since 1 month and still they are unable to resolve the issue
