Great support but plugin a little unstable sometimes

I had purchased the Business Plan a year ago and this is my list of Pros and Cons:
PROS:
Great support. Compared to other booking systems I tried, I gotta say they make a difference here. They will not only solve your problems but actively listen to suggestions and improvements and implement them reasonably fast. And that is something very very rare in my experience.Great changes over the course of a year. I believe it is due to the listening of demands, that the overall experience of the plugin has greatly improved and makes me want to stay with them for the long run.
CONS:
Updates can be hit or miss. I feel like they should spend much more time testing and fixing already built-in features than creating new functionalities (“more” is not necessarily “better”). This sometimes results in updates that can affect certain already existing features of the plugin -and if you work with several clients using it, it can be stressing -. So I’d say: Test more exhaustively before launching an update. It shouldn’t be our job to find bugs.Also, quick but important suggestion: Write a summary of the details of each update (what kind of fixes, tweaks, etc. you worked on, etc) in wordpress so we can see all these changes from the “plugins” pages. I think it is a very common thing to do among plugins and it is crucial to know what kind of changes we’re facing, also to keep track of the implements made, otherwise sometimes it can feel like stepping into the “unknown”.
