Great support!

I spent quite considerable time of finding appropriate FAQ plugin for my needs and ended up with this one. To my disappointment there were 2 major issues – at first it did not work at all (unsupported jquery version), then search did not work. Both issues I got fixed by the support team – very polite, very friendly, very timely! I would love to see an improvement in the searching experience, resp. in cancelling the search. Typical use is to show ‘x’ button so the user can easily leave the ‘search mode’. I would also like to feel more secure once I should update to the new version but having such a good support experience I am getting it, so I’ll keep using this plugin ??
