You buy an add on, highly likely because you either want to cut development cost, development time, or if you are like me, a bit of both.
But not everyone is equipped and understand the same thing, this is why support is important for implementation, and also post sales activity, like going through some hurdles, or simply stating out what is obvious to others and not to you.
My experience with their support is amazing, as long as you can describe your problem, send a couple of screenshots, and if things get too complicated, they will jump in and explain what had happened and gives you the knowledge of how to avoid the same mistakes or how to handle things for the future.
Mind you, i bought a 30$, single website, one year plugin, and last year before unfortunately finding out that the plugin was not for me, i did subscribe to the bigger package. Both times, i was met with the same attentive support Agents and I get the same treatment on both packages.
Sounds too good to be true? not really in this case, it is true.
