Great support

I have not actually started using FluentCRM yet, we are just in the discovery phase. But Fluent’s support has been great, they have gotten back to me 3 times today with all the relevant information – relevant answers, polite and courteous, in a realistic timeframe.
Compare this with Mailster, who might reply 1 time in a week if you are lucky – with often glib and evasive responses that aren’t remotely helpful – a product with some decent support is a refreshing change. We will be ditching Mailster and going with FluentCRM instead as soon as possible – if you are a Mailster user I suggest you do the same.
