    I am very pleased with the support.

    I had a specific issue with the timeline resulting in a missing component for editing details of a timeline event.

    The support contacted me directly after an hour and helped me over 4 days to solve the issue. They explained me in detail what needs to be done. However, as I am less familiar with the webhosting details, I struggled with fixing the issue.

    Due to my unfamiliarity, it took several emails to make the correct settings. Nevertheless, the support was friendly, respectful and patient.

    All issues were professional resolved. Great work
