Great support

  • I like the Responsive theme but what gets them a five star review is their support.

    1) It uses a proper help desk application and tracks your responses and uploads correctly.
    2) They are quick to get back to you
    3) They fix things that aren’t necessarily their problem.

    We had an issue trying to use the Customizer via Responsive with another plugin. Cyber Chimps found the problem and are going to add a workaround even though it isn’t actually their problem.

    That is support worth paying for
