They came back to me within 24 hours with real support. I asked for help with multiple post notifications, as there was three emails going out every time I posted, didn’t realise that there were 3 setup. Make sure only one is active at any one time. They didn’t send automated troubleshooting, but real advice which really helped. I am using this on an Aussie website. Powerful tool, beats MailChimp, and compatible with multiple email relays, Highly recommended.
