    Just getting started on using the Personal Pro version of the plugin. The plugin installed ok, but it wouldn’t let me activate the license. It kept telling me I didn’t have sufficient permissions. (Ironic, in light of this plugin.)

    Syam got back to me right away and did troubleshooting on our site personally. (What worked for us was to install the free version first and then upgrade.) I really appreciated Syam’s kind and prompt attention.
