• I contacted Support when the plugin didn’t work the first time and I didn’t know what to do. In truth I expected to be ignored because I’m on the free version of the plugin but I wasn’t.
    Tony responded to me within hours and gave me several things to try. When they didn’t work he gave me more things, working with me until I got the transfer results I wanted.
    This is even more extraordinary when you understand that the failures were nothing to do with WPVivid’s plugin, they were all to do with the host I was transferring from limiting bandwidth access. I had no control over that as the site I was transferring had been build on a demo domain in a colleague’s account. Tony had no control over it either but he worked with me, adapting the plugin’s settings, until I got success.
    That truly is service beyond any expectations and there can be no other reason than pride in his product and wanting to give success to others.
