From my limited experience, these folks offer super support. I ran into a issue on my server (not their fault) while building a products database site, and decided to postpone tackling that issue for a while, so I requested a refund so I could try again at a future date. They were very understanding, and quickly refunded my payment (honoring their 90-day “best refund guarantee in the WordPress industry).
I plan to give it another go once my new site has settled down and I can focus on getting my server configuration right. (My server’s configuration resulted in this error message in response to initiating a csv export: “ZipArchive class is missing on your server.” I’ll deal with it later ??
