great support

when using the plugin for the first time I only got broken links for all images. It didn’t work for me. I asked for help on the forum and I got help all the way till they fixed it by using admin + ftp login to my site. Great help for a free product I must say.
If the plugin had worked out of the box I would have given a 5 star. Don’t know what caused the problem. According to Dorado an uploaded folder had been removed and a link changed but I’m very certain I didn’t do that. I just installed and activated. It might not be the plugin. It can be the installed theme which caused the problem. Anyway it works now thx to the great support.
