    I really like this ticket plugin much better than others I’ve tried…including the ones I purchased. What I like most about it is how you can create User Fields to add new custom fields from dashboard rather than coding it.

    Features in addition to the ones you are working on for your Pro version, I would like to see in upgrade revisions of this plugin are:

    1. Sortable functionality for sorting tickets and a way to view ALL tickets rather than just my own.
    2. Add a ‘user’ feature to where persons can be detected from User Profiles in order to make the forms more dynamic.
    3. Remove the human figures from the left side when viewing ticket listings.
    4. Export tickets by all or sorted via cvs or excel spreadsheet to be used in other company reporting.
    5. Spelling typos corrected.

    Thanks for sharing it with us and hope to see your revised edition soon in January 2015.
