Great solution. Oustanding performance.

Embedding the Zendesk widget on every single page of a site adds weight in loading the site — it was one of the slower items on my site. This solves the problem with a simple, clean, easily styled web form on a single page.

You can also easily redirect to another custom Page when the support request is accepted — or redirect to a custom error page if it fails.
