• I updated the plugin and it uploaded all my images but it isn’t applying any transformation and in a few hours my hole credits got used because of the lack of transformations.

I have deactivated, cleaned database and instaled again but nothing.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your review.
With recent Cloudinary v2, all your media are sync’d to your Cloudinary account, this includes images, GIFs, and videos. Especially with large media such as GIFs and videos, will use a lot of bandwidth and storage, which I assume what is using a lot of your credits.

If you have another plugins or themes, especially if you hard coded the media URLs to Cloudinary, optimization specified by the plugins won’t be applied.

In order to understand more, can you please share the following information for us to take a look?

    • WordPress version
    • Cloudinary plugin version
    • list of all installed plugins
    • theme used
    • page builder user
    • Website URL

If you are uncomfortable to provide this information in a public form, please feel free to open a ticket in our Support Portal with this information.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards,
    Erwin Lukas
