Great service!

So I have been using this for a month or so now. I think they have great rates and the service is generally very good.

I think the plugin works well. However, it could have some more features. I would like to be able to set a subsidy rate. So say I want to subsidise the shipping cost to the consumer by 15 and the cost to ship to that customer is 10 then its free shipping for the customer, but if the shipping cost is 20 then it would be 5 for the customer.
