• Our organization had been relying on “WP Geo” for years as a main ingredient in our safety alerts. Recently while auditing our plugins, we happened to notice that “WP Geo” hadn’t been updated in over two years. Efforts to contact the developer were fruitless. So, we set about looking for a replacement. We needed a plugin that would not conflict with all the maps already generated by “WP Geo”. About six or so mapping plugins were tested. We narrowed it down to two and selected “WP Google Maps” based on it’s ease of use, great online support, and flexibility. The setup was simple and the instructions for implementation were clear and well-written. We are delighted that we can now use WP Google Maps without any adverse conflicts with the old maps in our archives.

Although it’s impossible to know for sure, the look and feel of the “WP Google Maps” website gives the impression that the developers care about their customers and intend to be around for a good long while. This intangible factor played a large role in our decision-making process.

A big thanks to the developers at “WP Google Maps”.
