Great product, helpful support

  • As a new website developer I am really learning everything from scratch. the plugin worked straight away and was easy to configure to get the settings I wanted. No problems with compatability but it seems to work best with MP4 videos as I had problems with uploading other video types eg mov. Support team were great in diagnosing the problem and once the problem was identified we were able to upload MP4 videos to player and problem sorted
