Great product, great customer support!

I’ve been using WP Go Maps for a couple of years now to provide a location map for a nonprofit program that I run. I’ve been super happy with the ease of use, the ability to handle complex maps, the search ability, etc. I ran into my first technical glitch this year (which was my fault, not the fault of the plugin!) and finally broke down and contacted customer support, which I try to avoid because companies seem so unhelpful these days. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back very quickly from Dylan A., who provided an immediate solution to my problem. My map was back up and running in no time at all. Super happy to keep using WP Go Maps for the foreseeable future!
