Great product for displaying product add-ons by variation

I had a hard time finding a product add-ons plugin that worked easily with product variations. I bought the Pro version of this plugin and it works perfectly with my variations. Easy to use, just create a form (many field types available) and limit which variations the form fields display on with conditional logic.
