great product, fast support

After a quick trial run we bought and installed the pro version and it works great. The email piping is a bit hard to configure in a linux server envoirement but it works now and email reply automatically reopen the tickets for answering by one of our supportdesk agents.
The guy behind this support plugin is of great help and always ready to implement new features.
